Privacy Policy
I. General Provisions
1. This Privacy Policy outlines how personal data of Users is collected, processed, and stored, which is necessary for providing services electronically via the website [https://effectaproperty.pl] (hereinafter: the Service).
2. The Service collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered within it.
3. Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR), and the Polish Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

III. Purpose of Personal Data Collection
1. Personal data is used for the following purposes:
- Registration of an account and verification of the User's identity,
- Enabling login to the Service,
- Execution of a service agreement and e-service,
- Communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.),
- Sending a newsletter (upon User's consent),
- Managing the comment system,
- Providing social media services,
- Promoting the Administrator's offers,
- Marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
- Personalization of the Service for Users,
- Analytical and statistical activities,
- Debt collection,
- Establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims.
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude an agreement or use other functionalities of the Service.
IV. Types of Processed Personal Data
The Administrator may process the following User's personal data: name, surname, date of birth, address of residence, email address, phone number, NIP (Tax Identification Number).
V. Duration of Personal Data Processing
Users' personal data will be processed for the following periods:
- When the basis for processing is the execution of an agreement – until the limitation period for claims following its execution,
- When the basis for processing is consent – until the consent is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, until the limitation period for claims.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims related to periodic benefits and claims concerning business activities – 3 years (unless a specific regulation states otherwise).
VI. Sharing of Personal Data
1. Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities affiliated with the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator such as e-payment service providers, courier/postal services, and law firms.
2. Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. Users' Rights
1. The User of the Service has the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

3. The Administrator will comply with or refuse the request promptly – no later than within one month of its receipt.
4. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
VIII. Cookies
1. The Service collects information through cookies – session, persistent, and third-party cookies.
2. The collection of cookies supports the correct provision of services in the Service and serves statistical purposes.
3. The User can determine the scope of cookies' access to their device in the browser settings.
IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
1. Users' data will not be processed in an automated manner that could result in any decisions being made about them.

3. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
